I am Jenny Seo, Head of Daejeon Overseas Trade Office of Shenyang I truly thank you for having interest and visiting our Daejeon Overseas Trade Office of Nanjing website. Daejeon Overseas Trade Office of Shenyang was established in December 2003 in accordance with the 'Friendship City letter of Intent" signed by Daejeon and Shenyang in March 2003. We are working hard to expand the interactions in various fields between both cities. Specifically, we are focusing on supporting business exchanges, connecting buyers, consulting businesses, providing information and working as a medium between enterprises located in Daejeon which are considering to enter China and Chinese enterprises which are looking for business activities in Korea.

We are also playing a role in supporting interaction of culture, sports, teenage activities and attract investments from Internationl businesses, develop investment environment publicity, collect information of Chinese economy, industry, administration and culture and provide them to the relevant enterprises and organizations in Daejeon.

Shenyang is the capital of Liaoning province and is more familiar to Koreans than any other region in China. The economic, social development was slower than other regions in the chinese economic reform. However, starting in 2003, owed to the Northeast Area Revitalization Plan promoted by the Chinese national government, this region is continuing to develop dynamically and is projected to be the 'Blue Ocean' market of China in the near future.

Accordingly, the Shenyang Trade office will work as an advance base for Enterprises in Daejeon which are entering the chinese market. Our work will include surveying the Chinese market, distributing information, holding buyer conferences, finding new market openings in the chinese market etc. The Daejeon Overseas Trade Office of Shenyang will do our best to expand the advancement of enterprises in Daejeon into the Chinese market.
